		<description>I am in love with the Balmain white tutu skirt.  From the pictures, it looks like lace was used rather than just tulle.  I would love to make something similar to this.  I&#039;ve seen some versions online and have not been impressed.  Do you have any suggestions or an idea of how to make something similar to the Balmain tutu skirt (the skirt is the one featured in the last photo in the series of Balmain).
